1. General
By placing an order through chocolate-lodge.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Chocolate Lodge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit order quantities at our discretion. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors without prior notice.
3. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.
4. Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates only. Chocolate Lodge is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title to goods pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days beginning on the day you receive the goods. To cancel, please notify us in writing at hello@chocolate-lodge.co.uk or by post. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@chocolate-lodge.co.uk with your order number.Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item to your original payment method. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or faulty goods.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will offer a replacement or full refund including standard delivery costs, at our discretion.
8. Intellectual PropertyAll content on this website (text, images, logos, product descriptions) belongs to Chocolate Lodge and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chocolate Lodge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
