Cancellation and Returns Policy
Cancellation
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to do so in writing up to and within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the distance selling directive. You can contact us using our contact form or alternatively you can email us at hello@chocolate-lodge.co.uk.The goods must be returned to us, in good condition and unopened, at the customer’s expense. We will refund the purchase price including the original postage charge once we have received the goods.
Returns
Every effort is made to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition if however an item is damaged or faulty on arrival please contact us immediately on receipt of the goods. Provided the product is returned to us within 30 days and is unopened and in its original packaging we will either re-send the product or refund the purchase price.
If you are not entirely satisfied with a product for a reason other than it being damaged or faulty please contact us immediately stating your reason for the dissatisfaction. If there is an issue with the product we will refund the purchase price or send a replacement. If however, we believe the product to be in perfect condition, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the goods.
