Order processing (handling time):
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Transit time:
Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping methods:
Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, and Next Day Delivery options are available at checkout. Exact options and rates are calculated based on weight and delivery address.

UK mainland delivery:
Free standard delivery on orders over £40 to mainland UK. Expedited and next-day options available for an additional fee.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and remote areas:
Delivery to these areas may take an additional 2–3 business days. A surcharge may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

International shipping:
We ship to select European and international destinations. Customs duties, import taxes, and local delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order tracking:
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Failed delivery / undeliverable parcels:
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to rearrange delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply.

Order changes:
Please notify us at hello@chocolate-lodge.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.
